In these programs, permanent cosmetic expert, Lisa Bates, will teach you EVERYTHING she does to create long lasting permanent eyeliner. You’ll learn Classic Liner for both upper and lower lids and Lash Enhancements.
With both the Hybrid and Online program, you’ll receive a kit with EVERYTHING you’ll need for your first 20 clients INCLUDING your tattoo machine!
Both programs are interactive! You’ll submit your work for Lisa to review in order to make sure your artistry and technique are on point!

I continually update my education on the newest techniques and style on permanent cosmetics.
I have trained directly with innovators and pioneers in the Permanent Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing Industry around the world. I have been preforming permanent cosmetics since 2002. I have done thousands of eyeliner procedures on all types of skin, young and old.
I have spent over $100,000 on extensive training in permanent cosmetics, color theory, business strategies and marketing and analysis.
